Who Can Apply?

- Occupation: Your occupation must be listed on the relevant skilled occupation list, which includes both the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and the Regional Occupation List (ROL).
- State or Territory Nomination: You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government. Each state and territory has its own nomination criteria and occupation requirements.
- Points-Based System: You must score at least 65 points on the points test, which takes into account factors such as age, education, work experience, and English language proficiency.

How to Apply?
- Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI): Start by submitting an EOI through the SkillSelect system. Your EOI should detail your skills, qualifications, and work experience.
- Receive an Invitation: If your EOI is successful, you will receive an invitation to apply for the Skilled Nominated Visa. Invitations are issued based on your EOI ranking and the state or territory’s nomination criteria.
- Submit Your Visa Application: Once invited, you can submit your visa application through the ImmiAccount portal. Ensure you complete all sections accurately and provide all required information.
- Provide Documentation: Submit supporting documents, including proof of your skills, qualifications, work experience, and state or territory nomination.
- Visa Decision: Wait for a decision on your visa application. You may be asked to provide additional information or attend an interview.
